You shall order with our free standard turn around time, we never take an order unless we are 100% sure that we can guarantee your deadline. The total delivery time is Order Processing Time + Delivery Time. 

All orders are shipped through our courier partners. 

In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items are shipped as soon as possible.

Customs taxes according to the nature of each country shall be borne by the customer and he must be aware of its details according to his country.

When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email / SMS / Whatsapp with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).

SHIPPING COST

  • Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders.
  • The minimum order value for COD is Rs.499 and For COD order, customers have to pay COD booking amount, 20% of the order value in advance and rest amount can be paid to courier Partner
  • Once order shipped from warehouse cannot be cancelled. If order is cancelled or RTO by customer, shipping charge will be borne by buyer For Forward & RTO

Our standard delivery time is 1-2 weeks.

ORDER CANCEL

Please accept our apologies, occasionally we have to cancel orders for some reasons (with in 24 – 48 hrs). Also Customer cancel order until it is dispatch from our warehouse

Product unavailability: We try to get as much choice as possible onto our website, and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.
Customer cancellation: If you have requested to cancel part or all of your orders, then it shall be cancelled accordingly.

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever, and www.mysticbazar.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
