Below are The Mystic Bazar Refund and Return Policies:

1. If product could not be delivered to you in a fair amount of time, then we will reship your order.

2. If your order package is damaged / tampered, then don’t accept the delivery and contact our customer care, we will reship your order.

3. For any queries related to damaged or defected products, please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order, with the 360 degree parcel unboxing video (this is compulsory) for replacement. 

4. Our customer care team must receive and approve your replacement request. Once your replacement is Picked or Self Shipped from Your Place., we will arrange for a replacement.

6. Once your replacement has been authorized, we will process the same in two business days.

7. The goods will be delivered within 3- 15 working days from the date of placing the order.
